Clean Team Company is looking for dependable Commercial Cleaning Associates to join our team at Farmers Mutual of TN in Knoxville, TN

Responsibilities- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
- Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
- Restock facility supplies such as soap, paper towels, and restroom essentials
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces to maintain a safe and healthy workplace
- Respond to spills and unexpected cleaning needs promptly
- Follow all company safety procedures and client security requirements
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining Clean Team quality standards
- Report supply needs, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to management
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation required
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift during the shift
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
