Every shift, the work you do helps create clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for the people who work, visit, and do business in the facilities we serve.

As a Commercial Cleaning Associate, you will play an important role in helping our clients maintain professional environments while being part of a team that values quality, dependability, and teamwork.

Your day may include:

• Cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting assigned spaces
• Maintaining clean and presentable floors throughout the facility
• Emptying trash and recycling containers and replacing liners
• Restocking paper products, soap, and other necessary supplies
• Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces
• Responding to spills and additional cleaning needs as they arise
• Following company safety procedures and client requirements
• Completing assigned tasks thoroughly and efficiently
• Reporting maintenance concerns or supply needs to your supervisor
• Communicating professionally with team members and management

You may be a great fit for our team if you are:

• At least 18 years of age
• Dependable and committed to showing up for your scheduled shifts
• Able to provide reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented and proud of the quality of your work
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
• Willing to learn and follow established procedures
• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is helpful, but it is not required!
