As the Site Manager, you'll help guide daily operations at your assigned location while supporting the employees who make Clean Team successful. You'll have the opportunity to train, encourage, and lead your team while making sure our customers receive dependable and professional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting a team of commercial cleaning employees
• Helping organize daily assignments and ensure work is completed efficiently
• Working alongside team members and assisting with cleaning when necessary
• Training and coaching new employees
• Checking completed work and maintaining high-quality cleaning standards
• Communicating staffing, supply, and operational needs with management
• Helping coordinate schedules and daily team coverage
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and requesting additional inventory when needed
• Ensuring employees understand and follow proper safety procedures
• Maintaining a professional and positive relationship with the customer
• Addressing concerns and finding solutions in a timely manner
• Creating a respectful, encouraging, and team-oriented workplace

We would love to hear from candidates who are:

• Experienced in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work, or facility maintenance
• Previous supervisors, team leads, or managers—or individuals ready to grow into a leadership role
• Strong communicators who enjoy working with people
• Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable leading by example and working alongside their team
• Able to maintain reliable attendance
• In possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physically able to lift, bend, walk, stand, and remain active throughout the workday
• Able to successfully complete a background check
