Clean Team Company is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Part-Time Commercial Cleaners in the Knoxville area!

Every shift, our Commercial Cleaners help create clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our customers, their employees, and their visitors.

You'll have the opportunity to help maintain beautiful office spaces and professional areas
, ensuring they remain clean, organized, and welcoming for everyone who enters.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying busy, and seeing the results of their hard work at the end of the day.

As part of the Clean Team, your responsibilities may include:

Cleaning and maintaining beautiful office spaces, restrooms, breakrooms, lobbies, and other shared areas

Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and mopping assigned spaces

Keeping floors and work areas clean and presentable

Emptying trash and recycling containers and replacing liners

Restocking soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and other supplies

Responding to spills and additional cleaning needs

Following established safety guidelines and customer requirements

Completing assigned cleaning tasks thoroughly and efficiently

Communicating professionally with supervisors and fellow team members

Helping maintain the high-quality standards our customers expect

We would love to hear from applicants who are:

18 years of age or older

Dependable and committed to showing up for scheduled shifts

Able to provide reliable transportation

Comfortable working independently

Organized and able to stay focused on assigned responsibilities

Detail-oriented and proud of a job well done

Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but experience is not required!
