Clean Team Company is currently hiring Commercial Cleaners for our Instep location in Knoxville!

We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy staying active and take pride in keeping things clean and organized. Whether you already have cleaning experience or are looking for an opportunity to learn something new, we would love to talk with you!

At Clean Team, your work matters. Every shift, you'll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and the people who use their facilities.

As part of our cleaning team, you may be responsible for:

• Keeping floors clean through sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• Dusting and cleaning assigned work areas
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and shared spaces
• Restocking paper products, soap, and other necessary supplies
• Emptying trash containers and replacing liners
• Cleaning spills and addressing additional cleaning needs as they arise
• Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces
• Following company safety procedures and facility requirements
• Completing your assigned duties with attention to detail
• Working professionally with your supervisor and fellow team members

We are looking for someone who is dependable, responsible, and ready to work.

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have reliable transportation
• Be dependable and maintain good attendance
• Be able to work independently and stay focused
• Take pride in completing their work correctly
• Be comfortable with standing, walking, bending, lifting, and staying active during the shift
• Have previous cleaning experience, although it is not required
• New to commercial cleaning? That's okay! We provide paid training and support to help you learn your responsibilities and feel comfortable in your new position.
