Team Cleaning Lead

Paid Weekly! $17-$21 Based on experience and work history!

• Lead and work alongside a team of 3-4 cleaning staff to complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
• Open, clean, inspect, and secure each assigned facility before moving to the next area.
• Monitor the quality of cleaning and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Assist with routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly.

• Previous experience supervising or leading a team is required.
• Experience with team cleaning is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5pm-10pm.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support team members in a hands-on environment.
• This is a working lead position, requiring active participation in cleaning tasks.
