Clean Team Company is looking for a dependable and caring Commercial Cleaner to join our team at a welcoming church and preschool in Knoxville, TN
.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and understands how important a clean and safe environment is for children, families, church members, staff, and visitors.

If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and seeing the difference your hard work makes, we would love to hear from you. Every shift, you'll help maintain spaces where children learn and play, families gather, and the community comes together.

Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but it is not required—we are happy to train the right person!

A clean environment is especially important in a church and preschool setting. As part of the Clean Team, you will help create a safe, fresh, and welcoming space for everyone who walks through the doors.

This is more than simply cleaning a building. Your attention to detail will help support a positive environment for children, teachers, church staff, families, and visitors.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Cleaning and maintaining classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Helping keep preschool spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping assigned areas
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and other designated areas
• Restocking soap, paper products, and other necessary supplies
• Responding to spills and additional cleaning needs
• Following all company safety procedures and facility requirements
• Completing assigned cleaning tasks thoroughly and efficiently
• Communicating professionally with supervisors and team members
• Representing Clean Team with a positive and respectful attitude

You may be a great fit if you:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Have reliable transportation
• Have dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Understand the importance of maintaining a clean environment for children and families
• Are respectful and professional while working in a church and preschool setting
• Are able to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and remain active throughout the shift

Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience is a plus, but experience is not required. We provide training and support to help you succeed!
