Redegate USA is supporting a client with an immediate need for an experienced Interim Maintenance Manager to provide hands-on maintenance leadership within a highly automated automotive manufacturing environment in the Knoxville, Tennessee area
.

This is an execution-focused assignment for an experienced maintenance leader who can quickly integrate into an active manufacturing operation, establish priorities, strengthen maintenance execution, and support equipment reliability and uptime.

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for plant maintenance activities
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of highly automated production and assembly equipment
• Drive equipment reliability, uptime, and timely resolution of production issues
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
• Utilize ERP/CMMS systems for maintenance planning, scheduling, and work-order management
• Prioritize maintenance activities around production requirements
• Partner with production, engineering, controls, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues
• Support troubleshooting involving FANUC robotics and Allen-Bradley PLC/control systems
• Identify recurring equipment issues and opportunities to improve maintenance effectiveness
• Provide leadership during weekend and off-hour maintenance activities as required

• Maintenance Manager or senior maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting highly automated manufacturing or assembly operations
• Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of FANUC robotic systems
• Strong familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLCs and industrial controls
• Experience with ERP/CMMS-based maintenance planning and scheduling
• Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices
• Proven ability to lead maintenance teams and coordinate effectively with production and engineering
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to work onsite in the Knoxville, Tennessee area
• Flexibility to support approximately 55+ hours per week
