Service & Maintenance Tech – Tallahassee, FL

Circle K is seeking a Service & Maintenance Technician to maintain facilities and store equipment across the Tallahassee area.

• Maintain facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Provide general maintenance support to sites by painting, building/repairing structures, interiors, shelving and cabinets, cleaning, and other basic maintenance.
• Maintain store equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and performing preventive maintenance.
• Facilitate repairs by contacting service vendors for materials.
• Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Participate in training for existing and new equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manual dexterity to operate equipment, work in confined spaces, use hand/electric cart, power and hand tools, crouch/crawl, use ladder, and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple, changing priorities and work independently.
• 3–5 years of experience in the A/C, Refrigeration, or General Maintenance field.
• Requires driving a company vehicle to different store locations throughout the division.
