About
The Role
We are seeking a Janitor / Maintenance Technician to support daily operations by maintaining cleanliness and performing basic facility maintenance in our manufacturing shop and office areas.
This is a hands-on position in an active industrial environment—ideal for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and takes ownership of their work.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain shop floors, offices, restrooms, and break areas
- Sweep, mop, and remove debris from fabrication areas (metal dust, scrap, etc.)
- Empty trash, recycling, and scrap bins
- Perform basic maintenance (light repairs, bulb changes, minor fixes)
- Help organize tools, materials, and work spaces
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies
- Assist with general facility upkeep, including outdoor areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred (industrial environment a plus)
- Strong reliability and work ethic — this role is critical to daily operations
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Shift Time 7:30AM - 4:00PM
- Comfortable working in a shop setting (noise, dust, equipment)
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- $18 – $19 per hour (based on experience)
