- Train maintenance employees on safe work practices, troubleshooting, and equipment operation.
- Work closely with operations and leadership to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to production.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance environment.
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLCs, controls, and automated equipment.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and general facility systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to lead a team while remaining comfortable working alongside them.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
