Distribution Manager

Description   We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Manager to oversee our distribution operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing & customer  portfolio and leading a team to optimize distribution processes.

Responsibilities    Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize logistics and supply chain operations.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the distribution center.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.
Analyze distribution metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during distribution processes.
Train and supervise distribution staff to ensure efficient operations.
