• Paid training starting at $15/hour
• $800–$950+ per week on a full schedule
• Weekly pay + performance bonuses

• Monday–Friday only
• Start: 8:00–9:00 AM
• End: 3:00–5:00 PM
• 30–40 hours per week
• No nights
• No weekends
• No overtime expectations
• We clean throughout the Treasure Valley, must be willing to go to all areas

• Perform detailed residential & commercial cleaning using our checklists
• Work independently and manage your daily schedule
• Communicate clearly with your team lead
• Take ownership by fixing mistakes immediately
• Help maintain organized supplies (weekly restocking)

• Take pride in details and don’t cut corners
• Show up on time, every day—no excuses
• Stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented
• Prefer structure, consistency, and predictable hours
• Are self-motivated and accountable

• Need constant supervision or reminders
• Struggle with reliability or being on time
• Prefer fast-paced, inconsistent schedules with overtime
• Avoid responsibility or blame others for mistakes

• Valid driver’s license + reliable personal vehicle (with insurance)
• Must be 18+ years old
• Able to work Monday–Friday during scheduled hours
• Comfortable with physical work (bending, kneeling, lifting up to 20 lbs)
• Smartphone required for communication & scheduling
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Must pass a background check if offered the position
