Position: ASSISTANT REGIONAL MANAGER
Job Description :
.  Responsible for achieving cross-selling products TGT Vs ACT of the Region and maintaining relations with cross-selling peers to ensure a smooth implementation process.
.  Responsible for maintaining the quality of the AUM with focused attention on NPA management.  Ensure the business is conducted across the branches adhering to compliance of all the processes laid down by the company.  .  Opening of new Branches as per the potential of the Region.  Responsible for the overall administration of the Region and doing periodic visits to all branches of the Region.
Ensure cost-effective fund management among branches within the Region.
.  Ensure the Gold Loan SOP is followed and inculcated in branch operations   .  Ensuring adherence to laid down instructions about the conduct of business and administration by branches.  .  Review audit reports of the Region and take necessary actions for rectification of irregularities.  .  Periodic events to be programmed for the business promotion to create brand equity for   t  he Muthoot Group.
.  Conduct regular performance evaluations of cluster managers, providing feedback and coaching to drive improvement and achievement of targets
.  Collaborate with zonal managers to align regional objectives with zonal goals and initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment across the organization
.  Coordinate with head office departments to communicate regional requirements, provide updates on performance, and seek support as needed
.  Manage regional budgets and expenses effectively, optimizing resource allocation to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability
.  Foster a positive and inclusive work environment within the region, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement
