The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the flow of parts, equipment, and materials in and out of the facility while also providing basic technical support for company systems, software, and hardware. This role is critical to maintaining efficient shop operations, accurate inventory control and accounting, and uninterrupted business systems for dispatch, billing, safety, statewide environmental and fleet management.

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of shipping/receiving, warehouse, or parts management experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of automotive or towing equipment strongly preferred
• Basic I.T. knowledge (hardware, software troubleshooting, networking fundamentals)
• Valid driver’s license required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, inventory systems, dispatch software)
• Problem-solving mindset for both operational and technical issues
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Combination of office, warehouse, and shop environment
• Exposure to vehicle parts, fluids, and shop conditions
• May require lifting 50+ lbs and working indoors/outdoors

• Maintain accurate and organized inventory systems, records, receipts and vehicle history maintenance logs.
• Ensure timely and error-free shipping/receiving processes
• Minimize downtime by supporting both parts flow and I.T. systems
• Contribute to smooth daily operations of towing and mechanic services
