The Summoning BriefThe chosen Wizard shall wield their craft daily across our holdings — maintaining the curbside enchantment of all properties, executing repairs both great and small, overseeing remodeling incantations, and tending to the needs of current and prospective residents with grace and good cheer.
Arcane Disciplines & Spellwork RequiredThe Guild demands mastery across many schools of enchantment:
Plumbing Sorcery- Banish leaks, unclog cursed drains, and contain waterborne emergencies. Know when to summon a licensed Plumber Mage.
- Diagnose circuit hexes, GFI anomalies, and current disturbances. Respect the limits of your practice; elevate dark magic to licensed electricians.
- Perform ritual filter changes, test and cleanse air units, address thermostat curses. Coordinate with HVAC conjurers for complex enchantments.
- Diagnose and restore enchanted household devices — refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, and disposal golems. Discern repair from replacement.
- Adjust doors and windows, repair cabinetry, patch and finish drywall to a paintable standard. Shape wood and plaster to your will.
- Execute unit-turn paint incantations with proper preparation, masking, and finish quality. Match existing color enchantments between tenancies.
- Repair vinyl plank, tile, and carpet; address subfloor anomalies and transitions between material planes.
- Lead small building transformation projects — window, door, deck, and patio door replacements across the realm.
- Tend the land — mowing, trimming, weed banishment, fertilizer casting, and stewardship of all rock beds and landscaped glades.
- Vanquish snow and ice from all entryways and paths. Apply salt wards against hazardous conditions. Report slip-and-fall curses promptly.
- Upon a resident's departure, restore the chamber to pristine condition — painting, cleaning, and preparing it for its next inhabitant.
- Answer the guild's after-hours distress beacon. A true Wizard is never fully off duty when the realm is in peril.
