Custodian; Environmental Assistant

Job Overview

We are recruiting full‑time Environmental Assistants to provide cleaning services and indirect patient care across our facility. The role supports a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

• Clean and disinfect all patient and non‑patient areas, including floors, walls, fixtures, and furnishings.
• Perform mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces on a daily basis.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and proper function.
• Assist with indirect patient care by preparing rooms and assisting clinical staff as needed.
• Adhere to infection control policies and safety protocols.

1st shift: 7:00AM – 3:30PM or 10:00AM – 6:30PM, Monday‑through‑Friday plus alternate weekends.
2nd shift: 3:00PM – 11:30PM, Monday‑through‑Friday plus alternate weekends.
3rd shift: 11:00PM – 7:30AM, Sunday‑through‑Thursday plus alternate weekends.

Start pay: $16.99 – $18.16 per hour.
Shift differentials: $0.75 for PM, $1.75 for nights, $1.50 for weekends.
8/80 overtime computation. Comprehensive benefits package included.

Physical stamina and ability to work independently. Familiarity with cleaning procedures and safety guidelines preferred. Valid driver’s license is a plus (if required for specific assignments).
