Pay: Based on experience
Shift Premium: +$2.00/hr for hours worked after 6:00 PM
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating

As a Maintenance Tech Lead
, you’ll serve as the shift expert, supporting the Maintenance Supervisor by mentoring technicians, coordinating daily maintenance activities, and ensuring production equipment stays up and running. You’ll be hands-on with troubleshooting and repairs when needed, but also focused on leadership, organization, and creating a safe, team-oriented environment.

Provide training and mentorship for new and existing technicians

Support scheduling and crew coverage (call-ins, vacations, etc.)

Assist with assigning and monitoring maintenance work orders

Help troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues

Coordinate materials and resources for repairs and projects

Ensure safe work practices and GMP/SQF standards are followed

Communicate shift updates, issues, and priorities to the supervisor

Promote a positive, team-focused work environment

2–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or trade certification preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment

Ability to read instructions/manuals and perform basic math

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to step into leadership and mentor others

Work Mon–Tue, Off Wed–Thu, Work Fri–Sat–Sun

Off Mon–Tue, Work Wed–Thu, Off Fri–Sat–Sun
