Laborer - Part Time Temporary - French Plant - La Crosse, WI

Job Summary

Part‑time Temporary Laborer(s) at the French Island RDF Plant in La Crosse, WI. Must reside within 20 miles of the plant within 6 months of the start date.

• General plant work such as housekeeping, groundskeeping, and cleanup of Steam & RDF Plants.
• Cleaning of boilers during outages.
• Assist in operation and pre‑start checks of the RDF Plant.
• Maintain high awareness of safety and comply with company safety rules at all times.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a physical exam, pulmonary function test, and abide by respirator policy.
• Preferred experience with bobcat and/or skid steer.

• Selection criteria may include testing and/or assessment.
• Minimum of 15 hours/week during fall to spring; up to 40 hours/week in summer months.
• Must satisfy the 20‑mile residency requirement within 6 months of the start date.

The anticipated starting base pay is $28.48 per hour. Benefits:
