Compensation

Starting wage range starts at $17 per hour plus a 2nd Shift Differential.

La Crosse, WI Distribution Center, Janitorial Department. 2nd shift Sunday–Thursday 4:00pm–12:30am.

• Operate power equipment such as forklift, tugger, and floor scrubber.
• Clean aisles, remove broken pallets, cardboard, and trash; make bales.
• Sweep and vacuum trash in assigned aisles.
• Remove damaged products to the damage area.
• Maintain and clean stairwells; during inclement weather maintain sidewalks (shovel snow, apply ice melt).
• Empty trash cans, order housekeeping supplies, clean windows.
• Maintain a safe work environment and support safety programs.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability and willingness to work non‑traditional shift and hours.
• Strong safety focus; use PPE, safe equipment operation, and safe lifting techniques.
