Water Restoration Technician

Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Corp -  - Responsibilities:
Monitors, inspects and completes tasks for Water Restoration jobs to ensure drying, demolition and restoration activities;
Prepare and review documentation to include notes, photos and documents for insurance reimbursement;
Explain processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution to customers;
Retrieve work orders, check route for travel, ensure equipment and supplies are loaded on the truck;
Inspect jobs after completion, obtain customer signatures for approval, and request payments when necessary
