Applicants must have an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

As an LPN, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work ensures our residents receive the high standard of care they expect: administer medication and nursing care as directed by individualized care plans, conduct resident assessments, lead your team, and advocate for residents. Your expertise, skills, and attention to detail keep residents comfortable and safe.
