Step into a rewarding full-time opportunity supporting students at a vibrant Dual Language School. With the school year beginning in August and running through June, this contract role is ideal for a dedicated School Psychologist ready to make a meaningful impact in an environment serving a diverse, bilingual population. Spanish-speaking professionals are especially encouraged to apply.

Your Week at a Glance:
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM 3:45 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
    All sessions are in-person, allowing for direct engagement with students, parents, and staff.
Key

Skills & Experience:
  • Valid School Psychologist credentials
  • Experience in educational settings, particularly with diverse learners
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred, due to a large bilingual student community
  • Comfort facilitating MTSS data team meetings
  • Familiarity serving as LEA Representative for IEPs
  • Strong communication skills, especially for being a primary parent contact for evaluations
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive student evaluations and risk assessments
  • Respond effectively as part of a student response team during crisis events
  • Adaptability for taking on additional duties as necessary
Your Role:
  • Lead MTSS Data meetings, collaborating on student progress and interventions
  • Serve as LEA Representative in IEP meetings, advocating for student success

    Act as the main contact for parents during the initial evaluation process
  • Conduct timely and thorough individual student assessments
  • Participate in the student response team to support youth in crisis, performing risk assessments when needed

Salary:
  • Competitive hourly compensation is offered, commensurate with experience.
