Duties

Job Description:

The Front Office Building Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our school. This position requires a highly organized, reliable, and friendly individual who can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment. The candidate will also support the school principal and staff by performing various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

* Demonstrate proficiency in current technology utilized in educational settings, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet research, Outlook email, and Canva.

* Possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day.

* Communicate effectively with parents, students, staff, the community, and the principal, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

* Maintain accurate records, encompassing student files, staff records, student activity funds, and banking records.

* Uphold the confidentiality of information pertaining to students, staff, and parents, both within and outside the school environment.

* Exhibit a willingness to learn new skills and aspects of the position continuously.

Salary/Benefits

* 10.5 month position
