Smiles & Co Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a full or part time Pediatric Dentist who values high-quality care, a great patient experience, and a collaborative team environment. We are a modern, doctor owned office located in La Grange, IL – 30 minutes from downtown Chicago and walking distance to the Metra. We are a FFS/PPO office, out of network with all PPO plans except Delta Dental Premier.
We have grown significantly in the last 5 years and are hoping to find an associate interested in growing with us long term. Pay based on adjusted production.

Hours:
(open to figuring out a schedule that works for everyone)
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday: 9am-5pm
Wednesday: 10am-6pm
Friday: 8am-4pm
Saturday: 8am-1pm; no Saturdays June/July, ideally looking for someone able to work 1-2 Saturdays a month

- Must have DDS or DMD from an accredited school
- Must have successfully completed an advanced education program in Pediatric dentistry accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the ADA
- Must have active Illinois Dental License
