Key Responsibilities:

• Support and model the mission and values of Catholic education

• Assist with curriculum implementation, teacher support, and professional development

• Support student discipline, behavior, and supervision

• Assist with supervision and evaluation of faculty and staff

• Help manage daily school operations, scheduling, and communication

• Participate in liturgies, prayer services, and faith based activities

• Assume leadership duties in the absence of the Principal

Qualifications:

• Practicing Catholic in good standing

• Master's degree in Education or Educational Leadership

• Valid teaching license; administrative endorsement preferred or in progress

• Elementary teaching experience (Catholic school experience preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

This position has a salary range of $40, per year. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
