Advent Health in Colorado is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide frontline technical support for consumer devices and AV equipment. You’ll troubleshoot and repair basic issues, reference knowledge bases, and coordinate with vendors to resolve incidents in alignment with SLA.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1+ year desktop experience, and familiarity with Windows/Mac and Office apps. Healthcare exposure is a plus; full-time daytime schedule offered.
