This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in our community.

As Gym Director, you will be the heartbeat of the gym - leading our team, delivering an exceptional member experience, maintaining high-quality programming, and driving growth. You'll help create a place where children build confidence, parents feel connected, and team members are excited to come to work every day.

Salary will be based on experience. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
