Production Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Production Lead to support daily manufacturing operations and ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role plays a key part in coordinating teams, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall production performance.

• Support daily production schedules and ensure materials and equipment are ready
• Coordinate tasks among production staff to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Monitor production flow, line performance, and staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and GMP standards
• Identify and escalate any quality, safety, or operational issues
• Assist with inventory accuracy and production documentation
• Collaborate with maintenance for equipment performance and repairs
• Support training, onboarding, and performance monitoring of team members
• Step in for the Production Supervisor when needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bilingual:
  English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
