Tool & Die Maker
We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our team. We are looking for skilled candidates with prior experience.
Location:
McCook, IL
Schedule:
1st Shift and 2nd Shift Pay rate: $25+ Depending on experience Duties:
- Operate Mils, lathe, saw, surface, Blanchard grinders and other tool room equipment
- Ability to make new tooling components from blueprints
- Sharpen and shim tooling components; form grinding required
- Ability to read blueprints
Requirements:
- 4+ years of prior experience as Tool and Die Maker or certified Journeyman tool maker
- Prior experience in a metal stamping plant, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills
