Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor food production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
• Prepare raw ingredients and assemble food products according to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
• Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Package and label food items accurately for storage or distribution.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to operate and maintain food production equipment and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift materials, and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment with varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as needed.
