As a Restorative Nurse you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. You will ensure our residents receive a high standard of care by evaluating residents’ restorative nursing programs, performing resident assessments, participating in the resident admission and discharge planning, contributing to resident care plans, and completing portions of MDS and other documentation. You will rely on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to keep residents comfortable and safe.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois RN or LPN license
• CPR certification
• One (1) year of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
