Registered Nurse – Acute Dialysis

• Provide dialysis care in hospital settings for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions
• Deliver inpatient hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis therapies
• Work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units
• Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff
• Monitor patients, adjust treatments, and ensure quality outcomes
• Support and oversee patient care with PCT assistance
• Rotate between facilities as needed
• Adapt to changing daily schedules based on patient needs
• Work regular and on‑call shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
• CNN/CDN certification preferred
• Must pass a color vision test; accommodations available
• Must travel/work across Bolingbrook, La Grange, Hinsdale, and Palos Heights, Illinois
• Ability to work day shift and weekend blocks (Friday–Monday or Thursday–Sunday)
• Regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in the program, potentially including a booster when eligible

Demonstrates expertise in providing dialysis care, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis therapies, while collaborating effectively with clinical teams to ensure quality patient outcomes. Holds a current RN license and is adaptable to various hospital settings and schedules.
