Route Driver and Laborer - CDL NOT Required

Flexible scheduling – we operate 7 days a week. All employees are required to work one weekend day per week.

Full‑time – 4 shifts per week (8‑12 hour shifts). Immediate start dates & paid training.

Hourly rate plus tips and performance based bonus. Total average earnings range from $24–$28 per hour.

Performance bonus: “Profit Share” – a percentage from the jobs you complete.

• The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
• Teams of two head out in shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties, removing unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces.
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer.
• Once the truck is full, dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities.
• Maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team.
• Feel amazing about helping your community.

• 21+ years of age (required for commercial truck insurance).
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required).
• Clean driving record (motor vehicle records check will be performed on the past 5 years).
• Positive and friendly attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically able to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly.
• Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in your success with the team.
