Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on performance and dependability)

Schedule: Part-time or Full-time | Mostly weekdays

Service Area: San Diego County (must travel between homes)

SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. is a growing residential and short-term rental cleaning company serving San Diego. As a Sparkle Cleaner, you’ll help make homes shine by providing high-quality cleaning services, including:

• Residential and move-out cleans
• Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and common areas
• Detailed dusting and finishing work
• Following company checklists and cleaning standards
• Working independently or alongside a small team

• Dependable and punctual (this is very important to us)
• Detail-oriented with pride in your work
• Able to handle physical cleaning tasks for several hours
• Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
• Able to follow instructions and checklists
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Cleaning experience is helpful but not required — we train the right people

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
