Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on performance and reliability)

Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Primarily weekdays

Location: San Diego County (travel between job sites required)

• Residential and move-in/move-out cleaning
• Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and detailed surfaces
• Following SD Sparkle’s cleaning standards and checklists
• Working independently or collaboratively with a small team

• Reliable and punctual (essential)
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
• Able to follow instructions and structured checklists
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training for the right candidate

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Authorized to work in the United States
