• Assist with the inspection, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing filters, lubricating machinery, and cleaning equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Help maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Facility Maintenance experience in a facility is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in painting, repairs and plumbing.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
