Olympus Property seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee daily maintenance operations at Olympus Pinegrove. You will lead a team, manage turn-key work, and coordinate with third-party contractors to keep apartments, common areas, and grounds in excellent condition.
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years in residential/commercial apartment maintenance, be EPA/HVAC certified, and be willing to be on-call.
