Refinery Catalyst Technicians - Entry Level - La Porte, TX

Cat-Spec, Ltd., a Stronghold Company, is seeking Entry Level Catalyst Technicians to join their team in La Porte, Texas. These technicians will receive both on-the-job and classroom training, performing critical reactor and tower maintenance services at refineries and petrochemical facilities nationwide. This is a project-based, part-time position ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, eager to learn, and able to work in physically demanding environments.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Valid TWIC card
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a drug screen (breath, urine, follicle)
• Clean background check
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous tasks
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight for extended periods

• Experience in the petrochemical or refinery industry
• First Aid and CPR training
