Our client, in the equipment rental industry, is seeking a Rental Yard Associate to join their team. As a Rental Yard Associate, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring the proper maintenance and readiness of rental equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

La Porte, TX

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 6am-3pm

What's the Job?

• Remove dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure all rental equipment is in good, usable condition before dispatching to customers.
• Oil and lubricate tools, equipment, and braces according to specifications prior to delivery.
• Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Inspect returned rental equipment for damage and report any issues following established procedures.

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate a company or personal vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
