Maintenance Tech II; 2nd shift

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Maintenance Technician II to contribute to our Distribution team in Lavergne, TN
. Under limited supervision, this person will be responsible for performing complex diagnostics and repairs related to distribution center facilities and equipment. The Technician will ensure that all equipment in the distribution center facility is maintained properly, by performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment to OEM standards. This individual will partner with leadership in daily support to internal customers and maintenance team.

$2,000 Sign-on Bonus!

• Tuesday - Friday, 3:30 PM to 12 AM, and Saturday, 10 AM to 6:30 PM
• OT when required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in a facility maintenance position, with 2+ years in electrical repair.
• 2 years conveyor maintenance and repair experience.

• Evaluate equipment failures and provide complex emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment.
• Ensure repairs and equipment downtime does not negatively impact the ability to meet service level agreements.
• Perform complex technical duties, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production/facility machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.
• Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and make necessary repairs; reporting any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Operate motorized equipment as necessary for driving and repairs to include forklift, order selector, pallet jack, floor sweeper, etc.
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Help maintain documentation for facility and equipment.
