Maintain all areas inside the building to the highest cleanliness standards and perform routine and deep cleaning as needed;
Support grounds maintenance including exterior repairs and lawn care in collaboration with contractors;
Assist with implementing and documenting a preventative maintenance program for the building and equipment;
Prepare and refurbish apartments for resident move-ins including patching, painting, and flooring updates;
Use building management software to document and track maintenance tasks, turnovers, and work orders
