Neil’s Laconia Garage is currently hiring an experienced, Certified Technician at our four-bay facility of 19 years in beautiful Laconia, NH. We continue to be an America first, woke-free, family owned auto and light truck repair shop with a flair for resolving technical issues with modern vehicle systems including diagnostics, electronics, A/C, and in-depth 4-wheel alignments. Neil’s has earned a reputation for employing dignified, professional and certified technicians, and we encourage our staff to take the time to assess the whole vehicle and provide sensible, detailed repair options for our customers.

The candidate well suited should:

• Have a positive, professional and caring attitude.
• Possess the desire to learn more, be challenged, and constantly improve.
• Be able to strictly adhere to a professional process, safety protocols and company policy at all times.
• Be able to work efficiently as a team and interact with customers.
• Keep their area clean and contribute to the organized nature of this shop.
• Have a passion for fixing machinery and a proclivity for assessing, maintaining, and repairing motor vehicles in this difficult environment.
• Possess good communication and language skills to complete orders and recommend options to management and occasionally, customers.
• Proficiency using information systems, charts and wiring diagrams

Qualifications:

• Have at least 4 years of PROFESSIONAL experience in automobile/ light truck repair.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Own a basic set of tools to complete general, mechanical repairs.
• Possess current ASE OR dealership certification and advanced level technical skills.
