Yard Associate

Porter / Yard Worker

The Yard Associate is responsible for stationing and retrieving equipment on the location’s property. The role maintains a written maintenance schedule, services equipment as needed to ensure compliance with specifications, and inspects equipment prior to and after rental to document any loss or damage.

• Station and retrieve equipment on the property.
• Maintain a written maintenance schedule.
• Service equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Inspect equipment before and after rental to document loss or damage.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as necessary.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc).
• General mechanical aptitude.
• Safety focus.
• Spanish or other bilingual language may be required based on location needs.

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Base Pay Range: $18.99 - $26.11. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
