Affinity at Lafayette is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our 55 and older, active adult community. You will handle onsite maintenance needs, respond to work orders, and support safety and asset protection under the Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities include repairs to plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance maintenance, and unit turnovers. The role requires teamwork, English fluency, and willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed.
