We’re now hiring a Trainer to lead by example in coaching, training, and developing our frontline team members.
Responsibilities- Train new movers and drivers on moving techniques, customer service, and safety procedures
- Work alongside crews in the field to provide real-time coaching and support
- Help new hires build confidence and develop the skills needed to succeed
- Conduct truck inspections and help ensure equipment is safe and job-ready
- Reinforce company policies, safety standards, and best practices
- Assist with retraining opportunities and participate in safety meetings
- Track trainee progress and communicate updates with leadership
- Lead by example every day through professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude
- Help create a fun, supportive, and team-oriented work environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL not required)
- Prior experience in moving, warehouse, or logistics preferred
- Proven track record of strong leadership, good decision‑making and coaching ability
- Physically able to bend, squat, walk and lift 75+ lbs. repeatedly. Able to work in outdoor conditions.
