Description: Wildcat Assets is seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time General Maintenance Worker to assist with renovations and property improvements at our Lafayette office. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our facility, ensuring our property is safe, functional, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities
  • Perform landscaping, trimming, tree clearing, and planting.
  • Handle trash pickup and maintain a clean exterior property environment.
  • Complete painting, drywall repair, and finishing tasks.
  • Assist with light construction and general contractor work.
  • Perform minor electrical work (knowledge/experience in electrical systems is a plus).
  • Handle additional maintenance and improvement tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in general maintenance, construction, or related fields.
  • Hands-on skills in landscaping, painting, drywall, and basic repairs.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems (preferred, not required).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be reliable, flexible.
