• Some landscaping, trimming, weeding, mulching, and seasonal cleanup as needed
• Interior maintenance projects including painting, drywall repair, assembling furniture, hanging fixtures, and general repairs
• Minor plumbing, electrical, and facility maintenance (as skill level allows)
• General building upkeep and organization
• Pick up and deliver supplies or equipment as needed
• Help improve and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace

• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using landscaping equipment and hand/power tools
• Basic maintenance, repair, or construction experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Part-time (approximately 20–30 hours per week)
