We are seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pink Diamond Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, and will be committed to ensuring the upkeep and safety of our properties.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform a wide variety of duties to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards, delivering a positive living experience for our residents and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests from residents and property management staff.
- Conduct routine inspections of property grounds, buildings, and systems to ensure everything is functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor and major issues within homes, common areas, and building systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Replace light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, and perform other routine maintenance tasks.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; request replacements or additional items as needed.
- Complete work orders and maintenance reports in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks as required.
- Communicate effectively with property management and residents to coordinate maintenance requests and timelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 year experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Must own a set of tools necessary for the job.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with maintenance duties.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Experience with property maintenance and knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical) is a plus.
