Job Summary Clean Team Inc. is currently hiring dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our team at a college campus in Lafayette, Indiana.

This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday evening schedule with weekends off, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking dependable hours in a professional educational environment.

As a member of our cleaning team, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming campus for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. If you enjoy working independently, take pride in your work, and value consistency, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities Clean classrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas

Sweep, dust mop, damp mop, and vacuum assigned areas

Empty trash and recycling containers

Dust furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces

Clean and sanitize restrooms while restocking paper products and soap Maintain cafeterias, breakrooms, and other shared spaces

Follow established cleaning procedures and company quality standards

Secure assigned areas at the conclusion of each shift

Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management

Represent Clean Team professionally while working on campus

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess the following:

Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent attendance and reliability

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check required for the facility

Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently report to work
